1Before you travel: choose your car and dates

If your trip starts at the airport, select airport collection. Decide on the full rental period and share your expected collection time.

Your flight number, passenger count and luggage details help us understand your needs. Confirm the capacity of your chosen car separately.

2Before collection: confirm the meeting point

Agree in advance exactly where the car will be handed over and how to reach the X-RENT team member. Confirm the meeting point, waiting arrangements and collection charge.

3If plans change: tell us the new time

If your arrival time changes, tell us in advance and agree a new meeting time. Waiting and handover outside regular hours must be arranged separately.

Late arrivals and your return flight

Arriving late at night? Arrange any collection outside normal 10:00–20:00 hours in advance.

Returning the car before your flight? Confirm whether airport return is possible, where it will take place and how much time to allow. Do not leave the car in a car park without an agreed handover.
